There is only one true God - the creator of the Heavens and the Earth. (Isaiah 43:10)
God eternally exists in three persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (Genesis 1:1)
Adam and Eve, the first created people, rebelled against God in the beginning. This directly resulted in mankind’s bondage to sin and continued rejection of God and His Word. (Romans 5:12, John 15:18)
Mankind’s Fall was not a surprise to our Creator; in fact, before the foundations of the Earth, God knew that humanity would run from Him and towards its own destruction. Knowing our impending folly, God chose countless undeserving souls throughout all of history to receive His gift of covenantal saving grace. (Ephesians 1:4)
If you love, worship, and obey God the Father and His Son, Jesus, it is because God chose you and His Holy Spirit now empowers you to repent of your sin and do good works! (Galatians 5:22-23)
While good works don’t result in anyone getting into Heaven, if you truly love and are saved by God, good works will follow. (Ephesians 2:10)
On a day that only the Father knows, Jesus will return to gather His people in the clouds moments before descending on the Earth to bring the “smack down” on all evil with a fresh tattoo on His side, and a sword proceeding from His mouth! (1 Thess. 4:17, Revelation 19:16)
